RS flip-flop with inverted inputs
This RS flip-flop is controlled by a 0 at the control inputs. This is indicated in the symbol by the negation circuits for S and R.
If there is a NOT gate upstream of the inputs, this flip-flop behaves in exactly the same way as the standard RS flip-flop.
